1. The SLT Client or Travel Agent Account would book online in advance, their required dates and times. Thus SLT and the Client both have written documentation of services submitted by the individual. An online confirmation will be sent back as your receipt, please print for your records. Service can not be guaranteed if booked less than 3 business days.

  2. The SLT client drives his/her own vehicle to the location at 1839 Saskatchewan Ave, less than 1 km on the way to the Airport. There, they are met by a waiting SLT Agent, the client then drives their own vehicle to the airport or if need be, use the Client Airport Shuttle Vehicle in group situations. If able to, place a call once you are enroute or in the area.

  3. At departure the client is given a confirmation card stating their return arrival date and pick up time as well as the odometer and fuel reading on their vehicle. This confirmation card is a convenient reminder of the information you will require if your flight time changes and to assure you of your vehicles use.

  4. Upon the clients return, they are met at the airport by an SLT Agent in the clients own vehicle or if need be in the Client Shuttle Vehicle. Before claiming your luggage, call 665.0000 the number on the confirmation card. The SLT agent will already be waiting, this simply ensures the driver knows you have actually arrived and can assist you better. Waiting is your clean and comfortable vehicle with no luggage to transfer or payment to be made, simply drop off the SLT Agent on your way back into the city.
